Chris McClure brings extensive experience in both consulting and executive leadership in the dental field. Formerly, Chris served as the Chief Operating Officer for a New York-based dental support organization which he co-founded with a dentist investor. Chris and his team successfully achieved 34% organic revenue growth in a 6-month span using proven dental management systems and techniques. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Consulting for the nation’s premier consultancy to dental practices. In that role, Chris oversaw a team of consultants who worked with hundreds of the country’s top dentists, whose focus was to grow practice revenue and increase efficiency. He advised DSOs and group practices on growth strategy, systems implementation, and provided operational training to staff.
Prior to dental consulting, Chris was a Big 4 Management Consultant where he advised leading Fortune 500 companies, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. His experience includes facilitating mergers & acquisitions, implementing ERP systems as part of major supply chain transformations, and developing and implementing enterprise performance management capabilities.
